We deliver PAN India using our logistics partner **Shiprocket**, which connects with top courier providers (including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and more).

#### Shipping Charges:
– **Free shipping** on prepaid orders above ₹999.
– Standard shipping charge of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹999.

#### Delivery Timelines:
– Orders are typically dispatched within **1–2 business days**.
– Delivery is expected within **3–7 working days**, depending on your location.
– Delays may occur during peak sale periods or due to unforeseen courier issues.

#### Tracking:
– Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed/SMSed to you.
– You can track your order anytime via your order dashboard or the courier’s website.

### 📦 2. Order Dispatch & Packaging

– Each order is carefully packed in tamper-evident, eco-friendly packaging.
– All garments are quality checked before dispatch.
– In case of suspected damage on delivery, do not accept the package and contact us immediately.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

– Return request is raised within **7 days** of delivery
– The item is **unused, unwashed, undamaged**, and has **all original tags intact**
– Product is returned in original packaging
– Product is not a **Final Sale** or part of a clearance campaign

– Reverse pickup is available in most PIN codes. If not, we may request you to self-ship the product and share tracking details.
– Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within **5–7 business days** via **Razorpay**.

– Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
– Items returned without tags or original packaging
– Orders flagged for repeated return abuse
– “Final Sale” or custom items

– **Shipping charges are non-refundable**, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
